AVANTI AT GREENWOOD APARTMENTS

Avanti at Greenwood Apartments is a ground-up affordable living community located in Corpus Christi, Texas, and completed in 2020. The clubhouse’s high ceilings are accented with airy light fixtures and textural wallcovering and art fill the walls. Unhinged Studio collaborated with Northfield Design Associates to design and document the interior space from concept to completion. Unhinged Studio’s scope included the selection of interior materials, finishes, and fixtures for the units, clubhouse, and pool area. The furniture, art, and décor was curated, procured, and installed by Unhinged Studio.
